State vs. Court Order

Shocking twist   Lagos State Building Control Agency (LASBCA) appeared at the site and issued an “inspection” seal, but did not enforce the court’s restraining order. 

Legal warnings were sent to the agency, before hand yet demolition and excavation continued  raising questions about state respect for judicial authority.
