Court Order Ignored

Despite a High Court injunction forbidding any sale, development, demolition or transaction of the estate, private interests continued dealings as if the order didn’t exist. 

• Legal note: Under Nigerian law, property of someone who died intestate (without a will) cannot be sold until legal administrators are appointed and none have been unanimously appointed.
